FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What sizes do you carry?

    > We carry a range of denim from sizes 22-50+! However, small sizes are in high demand and are hard to come by, as for sizes 32-40, we will always have a lot to choose from! We also have denim for toddlers and kids.

2. How much are the jeans?

   > Our store special is $13 or 2 for $25, jeans and shorts. Other denim, due to quality, age, size, and brand will be marked up from $20 to $30. Other vintage denim such as bellbottoms will be priced higher.

3. At the mall I'm a size ".......", what size would I be in vintage sizing?

   > vintage sizing can be a little tricky... with that in mind, depending on the jean, you will find that you fit in different sizing. Plus we have various brands, such as Levi, wrangler, Calvin Klein, and they have their own chart system. So basically, you want to train your eye to be able to tell what may or may not work for you, and after trying on different options you'll get a general idea of what you fit into, and it will become easier to look.  Most people find that they fit into a variety of sizes.

4. When do you get new shipments?

   > We don't have a steady schedule of when we receive shipments. We have a supplier, and once he has our order ready, they ship it, after arrival we begin to process. We get all types of different stuff, and its best to come after it is released, because the best is always the first to go.  If you want to be updated on shipments, follow our Instagram @dropyourjeans.

5. Can you put some jeans on hold for me?

   > No. first come, first serve. however, if you come in store but you would like to place the items you picked out on hold, that is no problem.

6. Do you buy jeans?

   > Definitely! Depending on the quality, age, and size of the pant will determine how much we pay cash, or reward store credit.

7. I bought some shorts/jeans that ended up not fitting. Can I get a refund?

   > No refunds, only exchanges. Or you may be given store credit. 

​

8. Do you ship denim?

   > No, but we do have depop for clothing and other miscellaneous, and eBay for posters.
